This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the Lumora Care Website ("Website"), operated by Medi Dispo Health Care ("Company"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Order Cancellation:

• Users may cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected] or +91-7600555584.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• Notice Period for Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted before order get shipped
• Exclusions: Orders containing perishable goods or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once placed.

3. REFUND POLICY:

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are not provided for any purchases. However, users may return unused products in their original packaging within the allowed return period.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Users must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Due to some Technical reason if order gets cancel, prepaid amount will be returned within 24 Hours.
• To initiate a return, fill a contact us form with the problem, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Approved returns will be provided with return shipping instructions.

Return Exclusions:

• Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
• Items that are not in their original packaging or lack proof of purchase are also excluded.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Perishable goods.
• Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the Company.

6. PROCESSING OF RETURNS:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the Company will notify the user of the approval or rejection of the return.
• If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds will not be provided.
